Application & Uses
- For the most blinding effect, use a small compact brush.
- To create a white highlight, mix opposite shades from the top & bottom rows (ie “Viral” + “Retouched”)
- To use as a body glitter, use a large fluffy brush.
- This product can also be used as a topper for eyeshadow, highlighter, or lips!
